The following terms and conditions are for your protection and ours.
DISCLAIMER:
All items subject to prior sale. Prices subject to change without notice. Clerical or inadvertent pricing errors are subject to change. We strive to insure we accurately advertise products. However, actual product appearance might vary from photos. We reserve the right to cancel any order or suspend a user’s profile.
PRIVACY CONCERNED CUSTOMERS:
We are aware that privacy is a concern over the Internet. We suggest customers with privacy concerns pay by mail via a Money Order. Billing/shipping address does not matter for Money Order transactions.
You can order through our shopping cart and select “Money Order” as payment type.
PAYMENT TYPES:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, and Money Orders.
For credit card orders we require the ship to address is the billing address for the credit card. Our state-of-the-art shopping cart system will verify the address.
For Credit Card purchases, your statement will discreetly show Web Network Billing.
For Paypal our account name will display as Web Network Billing.
We persecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. We do our best to ship the same day or next business day. Shipments are sent via UPS Ground for most items. Some large or heavy items may be truck freight delivered. All orders are sent FOB shipping point. Some items may be shipped direct from manufacturer. Our shipping prices are for US lower 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for product availability and shipping costs to AK, HI, PO boxes, or Canada only. We do not ship outside North America.
DISCREET SHIPMENTS:
We make every attempt to discreetly ship our packages. When possible, items are shipped in plain brown cardboard boxes. We cannot guarantee discreet shipments on items shipped from the manufacturer. If privacy is important please contact us prior to ordering to verify availability.
For items we ship from our warehouse the shipping label return information will discreetly read “Web Network Billing” and there will be no direct indication of the box contents.
EXPIDITED SHIPMENTS:
NEED IT FAST? Some items can be shipped by air. Contact us BEFORE you order for availability, transit time, and extra shipping cost.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
We take every precaution to safely pack all boxes for shipment. Due to possible rough handling by carrier, all merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If you believe the products inside are damaged, open the box while the delivery carrier is still there. If found damaged, reject the delivery. If you do not reject the box at delivery time you are responsible for filing a shipping claim with the carrier for credit. We will not reship replacement items for carrier damage unless you reject the package at the time of delivery.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
DO NOT refuse shipments unless boxes show damage and you have verified the products inside are damaged. If you refuse shipment due to any reason other than box damage and the boxes are returned to us we will require repayment of the shipping from your order before we will reship.
RETURNS:
We do not allow returns. For shipping damage see above section “Damaged Shipments”. For defective equipment see below section “Warranty Information”.
BACKORDERS:
With our large inventory we rarely are out of stock on an item but it does happen on occasion. In the event of a backorder we will ship the items we have immediately. The out of stock items on your order will be backordered and shipped as soon as we gain stock.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Although we only sell top quality products you might develop a need for warranty work. All described warranties are expressed through the manufacturer. For replacement or repair please contact the manufacturer. If you need a manufacturer’s toll free number please contact us.
